Technical Customer Service Representative
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:There are two roles within this position. One role will be to serve as a customer service representative. In that capacity the TCSR will be the in-house liaison with the customer, ensuring that their orders and other inquiries are properly processed and answered, proposing alternative solutions to customer needs and coordinating actions with Sales. Maintain effective relationships with customers, sales and plant personnel, and support staff. Keeps everyone informed of customer activities to enhance sales and customer service effectiveness.
The other role will be to function as a technical service analyst. In that capacity, the TCSR will work directly with the Technical Team to learn all components associated with NanoCool shipping systems, how to recommend a NanoCool shipping system according to the customers needs, and how to test NanoCool shipping systems. The TCSR will relay data in the form of PDF files to the customers and supply the Sales force with adequate data and marketing materials. This position reports to the Director of Customer and Technical Services with indirect reporting to Sales Managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree with technical major preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure order fulfillment is completed error free and in a timely manner. This includes; processing and tracking orders, acting as the liaison between sales, marketing, and production to meet customer requirements.
- Support sales force by responding to customer inquires and performing assigned tasks within customer commercialization projects.
- General customer communication including order status, documents requests, quality inquiries.
- Work with the NanoCool technical team learning all aspects of the NanoCool shipping system, organizing and performing customer testing, and graphing data in excel.

MPR/Shipping Administrator
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
The MRPSA position will be responsible for the integration and administration of the MRP II system into the organizational processes and for the processing of products from receipt of orders through to the shipping of products and materials. This position will be required to maintain effective interdepartmental relationships within the organization and with vendors. The main function of this position is to be the resident expert with the MRP and shipping systems and to coordinate each process within the organization in a manner conducive to organizational growth. This position may also be required to assist with some manufacturing scheduling and other administrative duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree preferred, APICS certification is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience with establishing product structures within an MRP II system including BOM's, Labor Routers, Work Orders, Inventory Requirements Planning, and identifying appropriate Economic Order Quantities.
- Ability to develop organizational reports related to material pricing, process yields, and others as required by management.
- Knowledge of operational requirements within and ISO regulated environment.
- Demonstrated Computer Proficiency with Microsoft Applications including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Working knowledge of Alliance and Crystal Reports is strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organized, accurate, and possess the ability to perform in a multitasking, fast pace environment.
- Able to establish priorities and maintain focus on project completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure organizational MRP II system requirements are established, accurate, and kept up-to-date on a daily basis. Provide monthly inventory reports, material price changes, and system integration progress.
- Prepare and execute purchase orders, send PO copies to vendors and to appropriate internal departments.
- Regularly report inventory quantities to management and order materials as required.
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries to minimize or resolve material shortages, stock outs, late deliveries and other order related issues.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
College graduate with a business degree in Operations, Materials Management, or Business Administration, 2+ years experience in Production and Inventory Management, excellent communication skills, and is computer literate.
